家兔桡腕关节软骨扫描电镜观察

摘要 扫描电镜观察发现:家兔桡骨腕关节面周围部,具有由突出软骨表面的纤维编织而成的复杂的纤维网;移行部和中央部及关节盘远侧面,有由分布数量不等的拱形、曲襻形、环曲形纤维及纤维网构成的低矮的纤维层.近侧列腕骨腕关节面被一连续软骨覆盖,其周围部,具膜片状纤维网;移行部和中央部软骨表面,有密集的颗粒状突起. The scanning electron microscopic observation on the cartilage in radiocarpal joint shows that there is a complicated fiber net woven by the fibers on the surface of the protrudent cartilage around the surface of a rabbit radiocarpal joint, and that there is a short fiber layer made up of varying amount of arched, looped and ringlike crooked fibers located in the distant side of the transitional zone, central part and articular disc. The carpal articular surface at the bottom of the radiocarpal joint is covered by a continous cartilage, which is surounded by a thin film fiber net. There are thick, granulated processes on the cartilage surface of the transitional zone and the central part.
