天津地区4株禽多杀性巴氏杆菌的交互免疫分析

摘要 用禽多杀性巴氏杆菌4 株分离菌和标准菌株分别制备油乳剂灭活苗免疫鸡,接种3 周后分别用强毒菌攻击,观察5 株菌之间的交互保护作用。结果分离菌 T J8 株交互免疫效力优于标准菌株和其它3 株分离菌。 The inactivated vaccine of the oil emulsion is prepared by the four isolated and standard strains of pasteurella multocida.The immunogenic chickens which are inoculated three weeks later are challenged by the strong virulent pasteurella multocida.The mutual protective effects among the five strains of pasteurella multocida are investigated.The results are proved that the mutual immunological effect of the isolated pasteurella multocida(TJ8 strain)is better than that of the standard pasteurella multocida and other three strains of isolated pasteurella multocida.
