摘要
在前两报的试验基础上，按原定工艺在工厂中生产了１５批猪巴氏杆菌二价（Ａ、Ｂ群）灭活疫苗的中试产品。鼠、兔安全检验均安全合格；用兔效检结果为：Ａ群菌保护７５％（４５／６０）、Ｂ群菌保护８７％（５２／６０）；猪、兔效力对比试验验证了效力试验中猪兔的平行关系，为用兔作该疫苗效力检验进一步提供依据；猪的免疫持续期测定表明在免疫后７个月，猪对Ａ、Ｂ群强毒菌的攻击可获得１００％保护；１０８２０头猪的野外试验，经６个月的观察结果表明，此苗在实际防疫中的安全性和可靠性。
Abstract batches of the bivalent vaccine were prodnced at the Guangxi Bioproducts Factory. All of the mice and rabbits inoculated with this vaccine for safty tests survived healthily.For potency test, 75% and 87% of rabbits immunized with the vaccine were protected against challenge with Pasteurella multocida serogroup A and group Br espectively. This result correlated witht hat of the pigs. 7 monthes after vaccination 100% of pigs were protected against challenge with these two Pasteurella serogroups. A total of 10820 pigs were vacc-inated in field. It is suggested that this is a safety and afficiency vaccine for pigs.
