摘要
对三点自交法构建分子标记连锁图谱进行了改进,使分子标记连锁图谱构建更加精确,并结合F2群体的有关数据进行了模拟计算,证实该方法的可行性,结果表明改进的方法比原有方法更加有效。
This paper has put forward a modified method for constructing linkage map of molecular markers by using three-locus self-cross,which makes the constructing of molecular marker linkage map more precise, and has simulated the calculation with related data of F_2 population,and confirmed its feasibility of the method. The result shows that the modified method is better than that of the original one.
