摘要
在鳞翅目昆虫中,雌性个体的减数分裂细胞不发生遗传重组.这类物种的杂交F2群体中杂合子基因型的与一般物种中雌雄个体的减数分裂细胞都发生遗传重组的F2群体杂合子表型不同.由于这个原因,作图这类物种的遗传连锁图谱通常是使用回交群体.但是,用回交群体作图所得的图谱是不完整的,因为图谱上所有的标记都是非轮回亲本提供的,因此标记数不会超过杂交F2群体的一半.另外,目前还没有任何方法和软件可以用杂交F2群体来作图鳞翅目类昆虫,如家蚕等连锁图谱.为了解决这一问题,本文发展了用F2群体作图这类昆虫连锁图谱的两点和三点极大似然法,同时还给出了大群体作图形态基因连锁图谱的一般方法.
Genetic recombination does not occur in meiosis of female in Lepidoteran species.The heterozygote genotypes in F2 population in this type of species are different from those in general species in which the genetic recombination occurs in meiosis of both male and female. For this reason, in this type of species such as the silkworm, backcross population is generally used to map dominant-recessive markers. The maps are not, however, desirable and entire because aIl of the markers on the maps come from the no recurrent parent. The consequence is that number of the markers used for map in backcross population is never more than half in intercross population.on the other hand, there has been so far no mapping method and software that can be used to map dominant-recesslve markers obtalned from F2 populatlon of lepidopteran specles. To resolve this problem, two-poInt and three-point maximum likelihood methods for mapping dominant-recessive markers using F2 population of this type of spec1es were developed in this paper. At the same time, we also gave a general method for constructing the gene linkage map of this type of species using F2 population.
