摘要
目的 :探索肺癌病人循环MMP - 2和MMP - 9的临床意义。方法 :采用ELISA方法 ,检测 6 5例肺癌、4 5例肺炎和 5 0例正常人血清MMP - 2和MMP - 9。结果 :在上述 3种血清样品中 ,MMP - 2平均水平分别为 91.4 5ng/ml,6 8.98ng/ml和10 2 .4 6ng/ml;MMP - 9平均水平分别为 2 5 7.0 1ng/ml,14 9.2 2ng/ml和 110 .6 9ng/ml。正常人和肺癌病人相比较 ,血清MMP - 2平均水平无显著差异 ,MMP - 9的平均水平具有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。正常人和肺炎病人相比较 ,血清MMP - 2的平均水平具有显著差异 ,MMP - 9的平均水平则无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :循环MMP - 9是诊断肺癌的一个候选标记物。
Objective: The aim of present study is to investigate clinical significance of circulating MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with lung cancer.Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the levels of MMP2 and MMP-9 in 65 samples of serum of lung cancer patients, in 45 samples of serum of pneumonia and in 50 samples of normal serum.Results: In above three samples of serum, mean levels of MMP-2 were 91.45 ng/ml,68.98 ng/ml and 102.46 ng/ml, respectively; mean levels of MMP-9 were 257.01 ng/ml,149.22 ng/ml and 110.69 ng/ml, respectively. Mean levels of MMP-2 did not differ significantly in cancer samples compared with normal sera, mean levels of MMP-9 were significantly elevated in these two groups( P <0.01). However, mean levels of MMP-2 were significantly elevated in pneumonia samples compared with normal sera, mean levels of MMP-9 did not differ significantly in these two groups( P >0.05). Conclusion: Circulating MMP-9 was a good marker for diagnosis of lung cancer.
