摘要
本文将论证声表面波(SAW)气体传感器的基本工作原理;导出传感器输出与待测气体浓度之间的关系,讨论两种实用的气体检测方案:单通道和双通道气体传感器、进而分析一些影响SAW气体传感器的因素。另外,还对传感器的性能进行了讨论。
In this paper, the author introduces the basic principle SAW gas sensors,discusses the relationship between sensor output and density of the gas to be measured, at the same time , discusses two kinds of practical scheme on detecting gas:single channel and dual channel SAW gas sensors, then analyses some factors influenced the performance of SAW gas sensor. In addition, the performances of SAW gas sensors are also discussed in this paper.
