摘要
声表面波型传感器已有十多年的开发历史。本文简明地阐述了它的基本原理,综述了国外的一些研究成果,供有关人员参考。
The SAW sensors have been developed for more than ten years.For making reference easily,the principle of this kind of sensors is briefly described and some of the research results at abroad are reviewed.
