摘要
采用五元二次正交旋转组合设计 ,探索 6 BA、GA3 、 (NH2 ) 2 CS、ZnSO4、KNO3 对香椿休眠解除的影响 ,5种化学药剂解除休眠的作用依次为ZnSO4>(NH2 ) 2 CS >GA3 >6 BA >KNO3 。打破香椿休眠的最佳药剂组合是 :6 BA 2 0mg/L +GA3 180mg/L + (NH2 ) 2 CS1% +ZnSO40 5% +KNO3 2 %。用上述药剂处理可以使香椿提早 2
Effects of gibberellic acid(GA 3), 6-benzy laminopurin e( 6-BA),thiourea c.p.〔 ( NH 2) 2CS〕,zinc sulphate(ZnSO 4),saltpeter(KN O 3)on dormancy-breaking of Toona sinensis were investigated in the pres ent research using a design of square,regressive and orthogonal rotation with fiv e factors.Among the chemicals ZnSO 4 had the best effect,followed by(NH 2) 2C S, GA 3,6-BA and KNO 3,respectively.The optimum chemical combination for breakin g dormancy was 6-BA 20 mg/L+GA 3 180 mg/L+ ( NH 2) 2CS 1%+ZnSO 4 0.5%+KNO 3 2%,which could result in sprouting 23 days earlier than the control.
