摘要
目的:探讨滇重楼种胚休眠和发育过程中种子内源激素的动态变化。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定不同时期滇重楼种子内源激素GA3、IAA、ZR和ABA的动态变化。结果:低温层积初期,滇重楼种子ABA的含量呈下降趋势,且较明显;进入生理后熟期以后,GA3、IAA、ZR的含量持续升高。结论:滇重楼种胚休眠和发育过程中,ABA含量显著下降,与休眠解除有较大的相关性;而在滇重楼种胚的发育期,特别是滇重楼种胚的生理后熟期,GA3、IAA、ZR含量逐渐升高,其变化趋势与滇重楼种胚快速分化、发育相一致。抑制物质的减少及促萌物质的增加与积累,最终导致滇重楼种胚休眠的解除。
Object:To study the dynamic changes of several endohormones in embryogenic cell of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis during dormancy and different development stages.Methods: Dertermined the concentration changes of endohormones GA_3、IAA 、ZR and ABA of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seeds with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The ABA concentration of the seed decreased clearly in the earlier cold stratified stage at low temperature,but the concentration of endohormones GA_3、IAA and Zr increased in the post-ripening Period.Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between the remarkable reduction of ABA and dormancy release.During the different development stages,especially in the post-ripening period, the content of endohormones GA_3、IAA and ZR gradually increased which accorded with rapid diferentiation and development of the seed embryo.The reduction of stayer and accumulation of sprout-promoting endohormone resulted in dormancy release of the seeds embryo of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.
