摘要
以草莓悬浮培养的细胞为对象 ,研究了壳寡糖处理对活性氧代谢的效应。结果表明 ,壳寡糖可诱导草莓悬浮培养细胞的活性氧迸发 ,其峰值出现于 2 0~ 30min,同时也可诱导活性氧清除酶活性上升 ,SOD和CAT活性的最大值在处理后 6 0~90min。
To study the mechanism of inducing resistance on plant cells ,t he suspension strawberry cells were treated with different concentrations of oli gochitosan.The results showed that oligochitosan could induce the changes of act ive oxygen metabolism in strawberry cells and the oxidative burst appeared in 20 ~30 minutes;while the activities of the eliminated enzymes such as CAT and SOD increased gradually,the maximum changes of SOD and CAT activities happened in 60 ~90 minutes.
