催化裂化掺炼渣油通用计算机模拟优化程序的研究与开发 被引量:1

摘要 为了验证文献[1]中所提出的渣油“等价馏分油”概念的合理性和通用性,本文列出了以4种原油为原料,在不同操作条件下的催化裂化试验结果和对试验数据的分析。结果表明:利用“等价馏分油”概念,可以准确地描述不同原油中渣油部分的催化裂化行为。本文以实验数据为基础对渣油性质及其“等价馏分油”性质作了关联。以“等价馏分油”概念为基础而编制出的“掺炼渣油催化裂化装置的模拟优化通用计算机软件”已在两个工业装置上试用成功。 In order to test and verify the reasonableness and the generality of the concept of 'Equivalent distillate of restidua' suggested in reference literature (1), a series of experiment were carried out. Experimental data of catalytic cracking, using four different crudes as feed sources and under different operating conditions were presented. Experimental data show that the behavior of residua from different crudes in catalytic cracking can be fairly described by 'Equivalentdistillate' concept. According to the analysis and experimental results,the properties of 'Equivalent distillate of residua' were correlated with the properties of residua. A simulation program, based upon this concept, had been worked out and was successfully applied on two commercial catalytic cracking units.
