摘要
本文简要介绍了我国炼油厂常减压装置采取节能措施后的现状，强调原油换热流程优化计算程序在节能方面的重要性，对石化北京设计院和中科院计算所联合开发的优化程序及其在常减压装置设计应用中的使用情况进行了介绍，对计算结果进行了分析和讨论。并对该程序的优点和不足之处进行了评价。
Here introduce briefly the present situation of the crude oil units after taking energy conservation steps in Chinese refineries, and emphasize the importance of the optimization programe on heat exchange scheme to achieve the conservation of energy. There is also a introduce about the application of the optimization programe on crude oil unit, which was developed by Beijing Design Inst.(Chinese Petrochemical Corp. )and The Computer Inst. (Chinese Science Inst. ),as well as the programs itself, then analyse the result, give an evaluation to the programe.
