摘要
临床指引是使用系统方法建立起来的对某一特定临床问题处理过程的描述,其作用是帮助医患双方正确地选择诊断和治疗决策,以使患者能得到最适当的医疗照顾。 临床指引的制订方法有基于证据的方法、基于一致性的方法和基于专家意见的方法。证据的强度可分为3个级别。对某一诊断性操作或具体治疗适应证的最终建议采用Ⅰ、Ⅱa、Ⅱb和Ⅲ类表述。
The clinical guidelines are intended to assist physicians and patients in clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions made by describing a range of generally acceptable approaches for special clinical conditions by systematic reviews, giving individual patients the best care. The clinical guidelines are produced by evidence-based methods, consensus methods and expert opinion. The weight of evidence in support of the recommendation is classified as three levels. Ⅰ、Ⅱa、Ⅱb and Ⅲ recommendations are used ultimately to summarize indications for a particular diagnostic procedure or therapy.
