摘要
文中回顾了我国植棉业技术的进步和棉花产业在新疆的支柱地位 ,阐述了加入WTO对新疆棉花生产的积极作用和不利影响 ,提出了 5点加入WTO后发展新疆棉花生产的对应措施。
This article looked back the progress of owr Country planting cotton technigues and cotton industry mainstay position in XinJiang.It expounded the positive and unfavourable factors to XinJiang cotton produce after join WTo.and raise 5 point courtermeasures of advancing XinJiang cotton after joined WTO.
