阐述了我国棉花生产的发展、波动及其原因 ,剖析了棉区布局的演变和生产的宏观调控方法。同时对我国棉花科研的成就和问题进行了总结分析。并从生产、科研、行政和服务等领域 。
This article expounded the development of cotton production in China in the past 50 years. At the same time, summarized the achievement and problem of cotton research in China. It also puts forward improvement of cotton and its research level, production, scientific research, administration and service.
