摘要
设想的刚性杆式抽油机是一种结构新颖、适于长冲程工作的抽油机。这种抽油机的工作装置为六杆直线机构,当主动曲柄连续回转时,主连杆上有一悬挂抽油杆柱的连杆点作上下往复直线运动。阐述了这种工作机构的基本设计方法,提出以一铰链四杆直线机构作为基本机构,再引入一主动曲柄和一副连杆与之连接以截取连杆点轨迹曲线的直线段作为工作段。这种工作机构为单一的连杆机构,具有承载能力大、寿命长、制造容易的优点。
The conceived new unit is a long stroke pumping unit consisting of a six-bar mechanism—an additional driving crank and an auxiliary link rod interconnected.with the fundamental four-bar linkage. A joint on the main link rod, provided for hanging the sucker rod string, is in up-and-down straight motion as the driving crank revolves continuously. This pumping unit provides for the advantages of high load-carrying capacity, long life and ease of manufacture.
