摘要
针对抽油机减速箱中间轴断轴失效特点,进行模拟实物对比试验。试验分析表明,增大中间轴轴肩圆角半径,对轴肩圆角实施滚压强化和喷丸强化处理,可改善应力分布状态,大大提高中间轴的疲劳寿命。
In the light of the characteristic of breakdown failure of the intermediate shaft on pumping unit reducers, a simulating test is conducted. The test shows that the stress distribution on the shaft can be improved by increasing the shoulder root radius and treating the shoulder root by hard rolling and shot peening, and the fatigue life of the shaft can be greatly increased.
