摘要 双万向轴的优化设计中,以中间轴的外径和内径为设计变量,目标函数是要使中间轴在传递转矩一定的情况下,质量最轻。双万向轴的优化数学模型必须满足强度、刚度、振动条件、稳定性及边界条件的约束。提出用遗传算法来优化双万向轴的设计,阐述了遗传算法的基本原理、方法,给出了双万向轴优化问题的适应度函数。实例计算表明,遗传算法具有很强的全局寻优能力,能找到比常规优化法更优的解。 In the optimization of a double universal spindle,the outside and inside diameters of the intermediate shaft are taken asvariants,and the minimum weight of the intermediate shaft under a given transmitting torque is taken as the objective function.The optimal mathematical model of the double universal spindle must satisfy the constraints of strength,rigidity, vibration condition,stability and boundary condition.It is adviced to use the genetic algorithms in the optimization of the double universalspindle. The basic principle and method of the genetic algorithms are expounded, and the function for the degree of adaptability of double universal spindle optimization problem is given.An example of calculation shows that, the genetic algorithms hashigh global optimizing ability,and it can provide better solutions compared with the tranditional optimum methods.
