摘要
给出双圆弧齿轮接触迹线的近似计算法;以实例对近似计算和精确计算的精度误差进行比较。指出中心距偏差和切齿深度偏差对齿轮接触迹线位置偏差的影响相当敏感,约为1:14的关系,在加工中要给予高度重视。
This article presents an approximative method for calculating the contact: trace of double-circular-arc gears, compares the error in approximative calculation with that in accurate calculation by way of example, and indicates that the deviations of center distance and tooth-cutting depth are quite sensitive to the contact trace deviation.
