摘要
双圆弧齿轮的接触迹线是控制接触精度的重要综合检验项目。为保持齿轮接触迹线名义位置不变,按齿轮啮合特性、箱体中心距与切齿深度综合偏差,以及切齿深度偏差对压力角的影响,推导出修改箱体中心距的公式,从而为实际生产中齿轮与箱体的选配提供了理论依据。
The contact-trace of double-circular-arc gears is an important inspection index for controlling the contact accuracy. In order to keep the nominal position of the contact trace and provide a basis for optimum matching of gears and housing, a formula for modifying the center distance on the reducer housing is worked out according to the gearing feature and the combined deviation of center distance on reducer housing and tooth-cutting depth and considering the influence of the deviation of tooth-cutting depth on the pressure angle.
