摘要
有杆泵抽油系统的节能途径有多种。其中,提高电动机负载率的途径有采用Y—△转换启动器、调压节电器、变频调速电动机、双速电动机和安全节能联轴器等。现场试验表明,采用双速电动机和安全节能联轴器的节能效果较好,推荐优先采用。
There are several ways and means of energy saving on sucker rod pumping units. One of them is to increase the load rate of the electric motor, including the use of Y-△starter, voltage regulating device, variable frequency motor, two-speed motor or energy-saving coupling. Field tests show that, among the above-mentioned measures, the last two provide better energy saving effect.
