摘要
针对目前抽油机电机仅能实现Δ/Y单向切换的问题,研制了数字化Δ/Y双向自动切换控制仪。本文介绍了该仪器的双向切换控制原理,仪器的软硬件系统组成。现场试验结果表明该仪器可以明显降低功率消耗,提高功率因数,是一种具有节能和电机过载保护功能的新技术。
In order to saving electricity, a kind of automatic controller for the motor Δ/Y bidirection exchange in particular with beam pumped machine was investigated. The instrument was based on the microcontroller technology and had an ability of acclimatizing the motor output power to the load alternation automatically. The practice result had showed a descendent of available power up to 20% and an ascent of power factor up to 147% compared with not using the instrument before.
