摘要
应用铁谱定性和定量技术以及光谱金属含量分析对石油地质钻井用柴油机的磨损状况进行监测,经研究发现,铰谱与光谱之间有一定的对应性,对于同一型号、同一用途但使用地域不同的柴油机,这种对应性存在差别。试图对铁谱和光谱建立具有普遍意义的相关性是困难的,两种技术配合使用可望获得好的效果。
Either the ferrography technique or the spectroscopy technique for metal content analysis can be used to monitor the wear condition of diesel engines. Study shows that although there is some correspondence between the results obtained by the two methods, the correspondence changes with different environments even on the same engine. It is recommended to combine the two methods by diesel engine wear monitoring.
