摘要
报道1株从正常待产妇阴道分离培养的地衣芽胞杆菌的生物学特性,并经系统鉴定和生物毒性检测。观察了该菌与葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠菌等定量混合培养的体外抑菌作用及用该菌制成的生态制剂对雏鸡白痢的实验治疗和临床抢救重症肠菌群微生态失调的效果和机理。
This article describes the biological characters and systematical appraisal of a bacillus ichenifor-mis,which was seperated and cultivated from the secretion in the vagina of normal expecting lying-in one woman.The article also reports in vitro bacteriostasis of the bacillas when co-cultivated with Staphytoco-ccus.Streptomyces albus and Escherichia coli,and the effect and mechanism of experimental treatment of chicken dysentry and serious ecological disturbances of intestinal flora.
