摘要
从消泡机理出发,分析了现有消泡剂分子结构对消泡及空气释放性能的影响,设计了理想的消泡剂分子。用阴离子聚合方法,合成了嵌段具有目标结构的消泡剂,考察了合成条件及所得消泡剂在油品中的应用情况,并与原有消泡剂的各项性能进行了比较,发现新型消泡剂各项性能优良。
A new anti-foaming agent was synthesized by ionic polymerization on the basis of anti-foaming mechanism. The causes of the different defoaming ability of various defoaming agents were studied at the angle of structural chemistry. Through application tests, it is found that the new agent has good dispersion properties, excellent detoaming ability and better air release properties compared with old ones.
