摘要
以单体配比St:MA=1:1(摩尔比),采用溶液聚合法合成交替型聚苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物(SMA)。通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜等方法测试共聚物的分子量、分子量分布、结构和树脂的固体形态等,并讨论了工艺条件的影响。实验表明,本工艺条件下SMA树脂颗粒形成的机理符合沉淀聚合颗粒形成机理模式,本法是典型的非均相溶液(沉淀)聚合。
Styrene-maleic anhydride alternating copolymer (SMA) is prepared by solu- tion plymerization with a molar monomer ratio of 1.The molecular weight and molecular weightdistribution of copolymer are tested by gel permeation chro- matography(GPC); the copolymer structure is studied with infrared spectrometry; and scanning electro-microscope is used to elucidate the resin solid state. The influ- ence of polymerization technology on properties of resin is disoussed. Carried out under these tecnnical conditions, the experiment shows that the mechanism of the SMA resin particle formation agrees with that by precipitation polymerization.
