摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和石油裂解副产C9馏分为原料,采用热聚合法合成造纸用含羧基石油树脂。讨论了原料配比、聚合温度、聚合时间、C9馏分的不同组成等对产率及产品性能的影响。最佳合成工艺条件为:C9馏分与顺丁烯二酸酐的质量配比为100∶9~100∶15,聚合温度为230~260℃、聚合时间为4~16h。
Using maleic anhydride and C9 fraction from ethylene cracking (140~200℃) as raw materials, the carboxylic group containing petroleum resin used for paper-making were prepared by thermal polymerization. The factors such as material ratio, temperature and time of polymerization, and different composition of C9 fraction influencing on yield and properties of final product were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of C9 fraction between maleic anhydride was 100∶9~100∶15, polymerization temperature was 230~260℃, and the polymerization time was 4~16h.
