Synthesis of Petroleum Resin for Paper-making

摘要 以顺丁烯二酸酐和石油裂解副产C9馏分为原料,采用热聚合法合成造纸用含羧基石油树脂。讨论了原料配比、聚合温度、聚合时间、C9馏分的不同组成等对产率及产品性能的影响。最佳合成工艺条件为:C9馏分与顺丁烯二酸酐的质量配比为100∶9~100∶15,聚合温度为230~260℃、聚合时间为4~16h。 Using maleic anhydride and C9 fraction from ethylene cracking (140~200℃) as raw materials, the carboxylic group containing petroleum resin used for paper-making were prepared by thermal polymerization. The factors such as material ratio, temperature and time of polymerization, and different composition of C9 fraction influencing on yield and properties of final product were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of C9 fraction between maleic anhydride was 100∶9~100∶15, polymerization temperature was 230~260℃, and the polymerization time was 4~16h.
