螺旋霉素高产株的推理选育和工业生产 被引量:6

摘要 产二素链霉菌 SIPI 90 0 4经自发或诱发的突变和推理选育 ,得到若干耐药性变种。第六代一株变种 10 - 2 9,产生螺旋霉素比原始菌株 SIPI90 0 4增产约 6倍。该变种应用于工业生产 (30 m3发酵罐 ) ,发酵效价、总单位和指数三项指标比原来生产菌株 F- 16分别提高 2 6 .1%、33.3%和 2 6 .8%。 The spontaneous or induced mutation and rational selection of Streptomyces ambofaciens SIPI90 0 4 ,a series of high- yield mutantstrains for drug- tolerance were obtained.The1 0 - 2 9mutantstrain of the sixth generation produced an approximately six- fold higher level of spiramycin than the original strain SIPI 90 0 4 .Industrial production of 1 0 - 2 9mutant strain was performed in 30 m3 fermentor.The po- tency,total units and index of fermentation increased by2 6.1 % ,33.3% and2 6.8% respectively as com- pared with the former strain F- 1 6.
