摘要 以 2 ,6 -二叔丁基 - 4 -甲基苯酚为原料 ,在乙酸溶液中与溴反应形成 3,5 -二叔丁基 - 4 -羟基苯甲醛 ,然后经 Jones氧化得到 3,5 -二叔丁基 - 4 -羟基苯甲酸 ,总收率 6 3.7%。 3,5-Di- tert -butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid was synthesized in 63.7% overall yield by treatment of 2,6-di- tert -butyl-4-methylphenol with bromine in acetic acid to give 3,5-di- tert -butyl-4-hydroxy- benzaldehyde which underwent oxidization by Jones reagent.
