摘要
目的:探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)性肝炎的疗效及副作用。方法:回顾性分析22例婴儿CMV肝炎应用GCV治疗前后肝功变化、CMV检测指标阴转率及GCV的副作用。结果:肝功各项指标治疗前后差异显著(P<0.01),CMV鄄IgM、DNA、尿包涵体阴转率分别为80.9%、90%、100%。对外周血WBC及血小板和肝功ALT有影响,极少数出现药物热、外周血三系降低的严重不良反应。结论:GCV治疗婴儿CMV肝炎疗效确切,但有一定副作用,须谨慎地选择性应用于婴儿CMV肝炎。
Objective:To investigate the effect and side effect of ganciclovir(GCV)in treating the infants with cytomegalovinus(CMV)hepatitis.Methods:Liver function before and after treatment and negative rate of detected marks about CMV and side-effect of GCV were retrospectively studied.Results:There was significant difference in marks of liver function before and after treatment(P<0.01),negative rate of CMV-IgM,DNA and urine inclusion bodies was80.9%,90%and100%respectively.White blood cell and platelet in periphery blood and ALT in liver function were influenced;there were drug fever and decrease in WBC,RBC and PLT in periphery blood in few patients.Conclusion:The treatment effect that GCV treating CMV hepatatsi was certain,but there was some side-effect in the therapy,so physician should pay attention to deciding proper patients in treating CMV hepatitis with GCV.
