摘要
通过实际工业数据验证,快速床空隙率轴向分布四参数模型可以用于模拟高效再生器烧焦罐压力分布和密度分布.对模型参数进行了重新估计,并与实际生产操作条件及气固物性做了关联.将空隙率分布模型转化为实用的压力分布模型后,模型中含有一个压力参数.采取5个参数同时估计的方法,解决了实测压力参数存在误差的问题.
The application of a fast fluidization model with four parameters to commercial FCC regenerators was discussed. Four parameters of the model were estimated and correlated with experimental data from commercial regenerators. A pressure parameter was introduced in transforming the model for voidage distribution into the model for pressure distribution. A method to obtain the four parameters and the pressure parameter was proposed.
