流化催化裂化高效再生器的分析与模拟——Ⅱ.模型的建立及模拟结果分析

摘要 在对高效再生器分析的基础上建立了以气、固一维轴向扩散模型为核心的工业高效再生器的数学模型。利用工业数据验证了此模型,得到了工业烧焦罐再生器的气、固体轴向返混准数。应用此模型对工业高效再生器进行了模拟分析。 A model is established by considering solids, gas and thermal dispersions and chemical reaction controlling of the regeneration process. By comparing the actual data of gas and catalyst samples along the axial direction of the regenerator of a commercial FCCU with those predicted by the model, it is demonstrated that the model provides a good approach for describing the high efficiency commercial regenerator performance. In addition, the backmixing Peclet numbers of solids, gas and heat are obtained. The key operation parameters concerning the regeneration efficiency, such as the regeneration temperature, solid and gas backmixing Peclet numbers and catalyst recirculating rate, etc. , were taken into account.
