摘要
目的 :了解奥氮平治疗各类精神障碍的用药特点、有效性及不良反应。方法 :调查 12 6例以奥氮平治疗 4周以上住院精神病人。结果 :平均起始剂量 ( 5 .4 6± 3.36 ) mg,平均治疗剂量 ( 10 .11± 4 .5 8) mg,总有效率 5 8.73%。结论 :奥氮平对各种精神障碍有效 ,不良反应少 。
Object: To know the characteristics, efficacy and side-effects of olanzapine in treating various mental disorders. Methods: 126 cases of inpatients with olanzapine treatment more than 4 weeks were investigated. Results: The average initial dosage was (5.46±3.36) mg and the average therapeutic dosage was (10.11±4.58)mg. The total efficacious rate was 58.73%. Conclusion: Olanzapine is efficacious in treating mental disorders .It has fewer side-effects and is suitable for all age patient.
