摘要
该文介绍了一种用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定冷饮中的甜蜜素的方法 ,该方法简便、快捷、准确度高、重现性好 ,加标回收率在 98.6～ 1 0 2 .1之间 ,相对标准偏差小于 7%。
This method was developed for determining sodium cyclohexyl-amide-sulfinate in cold drinks by caplillary gas chromatography.The method is simple,rapid,reproducible and accurate.The relative standard deviation was less than 7% and the recovery of standard addition was 98.6% to 102.1%.
