摘要
蜜饯样品与海砂研磨并用水浸取2h,分取部分滤液加入适量硫酸后用已定量配入内标甲苯的正己烷10mL萃取,分取后取出正己烷液层进行气相色谱分析。测定中采用Eduity-1毛细管色谱柱及火焰离子化检测器。应用所提出的方法分析了3种蜜饯样品,并用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在96.4%~99.7%之间。
Sample of candied fruit was pulverized with sea sand and soaked in water for 2 h. An aliquot of the filtrate, after acidified with sulfuric acid, was extracted with 10 mE of n-hexane in which a definite amount of the internal standard, toluene, was added. After phase separation, the n-hexane layer was taken for GC analysis. The Eduity-1 capillary chromatographic column and FID were used in the determination. Three kinds of candied fruits were analyzed by the proposed method, giving values of recovery in the range of 96.4%--99.7%.
