摘要
本文报道了无水AlCl3催化邻甲氧基苯胺与丙烯腈合成N-氰乙基邻甲氧基苯胺,其氰乙基化反应的最佳条件为:AlCl3的用量为邻甲氧基苯胺质量的8%,反应温度65℃,反应时间8小时,产品纯度高于95%,收率88%。并用它合成了一种新型棕色分散染料,其λmax=419.5nm,收率高于85%。
N-Cyanoethyl-o-methyoxyaniline was synthesized by the reaction of o-methyoxyaniline and acrylonitrile in the presence of AlCl3. Optimum reaction conditions were: AlCl3 8% of o-methyoxyaniline by weight, reaction temperature 65 癈, reaction time 8h, yield >88%, purity >95%. A new type of brown disperse dye was obtained from N-Cyanoethyl-o-methyoxyaniline, with max=419.5 nm and yield > 85%.
