摘要
本文报导了在催化体系AlCl3-CuCl2作用下,以苯为单体聚合得到聚对苯撑,然后分别以AlCl3和FeCl3·6H2O为掺杂剂对聚对苯撑进行气相掺杂和液相掺杂,并讨论了掺杂时间、温度及暴空时间对电导率的影响。
Abstract Obtaining of polyparaphenylene (PPP) by polymerization of benzene under under AlCl3-Cu- Cl2 catalysts was reported. Experiments were made that gas and liquid doping to PPP by use of AlCl3 and FeCl3. 6H2O as doping agents respectively. The article discussed the influences of doping time and temperature,exposure time etc. to PPP conduchvity.
