摘要
用 8种不同培养基配方 ,培养鸡腿蘑菌丝体 ,其同工酶分析结果表明 ,鸡腿蘑菌丝体酯酶 (EST)同工酶谱差异明显 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶谱差异明显。
Mycelia of Coprinus comatus were cultured with 8 different formulations of the culture media The Isoenzyme pattern analysis result showed,the esterase isoenzyme pattern Coprinus conmatus mycelia differed obviously,so did the peroxidase the isozyme pattern.
