摘要
以中国石化荆门分公司ISOSIV分子筛工艺装置生成油或产品为主要原料,开展将其应用为铝冷轧制油基础油的选择与工艺研究。结果表明:经过调合,可以调整芳烃含量,用做中低档铝轧制油基础油;分子筛装置产品经过切割,可以达到窄馏分要求,分子筛装置生成油经过高压加氢可以大幅度降低芳烃含量,用做高档铝轧制油基础油。通过对加入多种油性剂、抗氧剂、抗静电剂等调配而成的系列产品的研究及工业试用,表明其有较好的性能和应用效果。
The selection of base oils of aluminum cold-rolling oil and its technics were studied by using the products from the ISOSIV molecular sieve unit in SINOPEC Jingmen Branch as main materials.The result showed that the products could be used as base oils of low and middle grade aluminum cold-rolling oils by adjusting the aromatics content;The cut products from the molecular sieve unit could achieve the demands of narrow fraction,it could be used as base oils of high-grade aluminum cold-rolling oils by decreasing the aromatics content to a great extent through high-pressure hydrogenation.The series products were prepared by adding various additives like the oiliness agent,oxidation inhibitor,anti-static additive and so on.The industrial trial showed that its properties and application effects were satisfied.
