摘要
用ＡＳＰＥＮ软件反复调试，并经ＨＹＳＩＭ软件核实确定工艺条件，完成了国内第一套连续生产２＃、３＃铝轧制油装置的设计。装置投产后，产品主要质量指标达到美国埃索公司质量标准，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This article introduces a plant design of continuously producing 2#、3# rolling Oil for aluminium material,which is the first one to have been fulfilled in China,on the basis of technological conditions confirmed by a heuristic path algorithm with ASPEN software,and verified with HYSIM software.Aftet the plant goes into operation, its main products quality index is in accordance with that of ESSO.Therefore good benefits of economy and society have been gained.
