ICP-AES法同时测定大理石样品化学组分元素的研究

摘要 偏硼酸锂熔样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对大理石样品实现了一次熔样,多组分同时分析。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.013-0.254μg·mL^(-1),回收率为92.42%-110.44%,RSD小于3.36%。该法准确、快速、筒便,应用于大理石样品中全组分的测定,结果满意。 It is reported in this Paper that the lithium inelaborate fusion method decompose technique is used in hte Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectromtry (ICP-AES) method determination of chemical components of marble samples. The various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details. The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The limit of the method is 0. 013-0. 254μg · mL-1.The recycling rate ranks from 92.42% to 110. 44%. RSD is less than 3. 36%. This method is accurate, quick - acquired and convenient.It is used in the determination of chemical components of marble samples with the result is satisfactory.
