摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是一组重要的蛋白水解酶类 ,可以水解细胞外基质的多种成分。近年来其与心肌肥厚及扩张型心肌病的关系逐渐成为研究的热点。基质金属蛋白酶是治疗心肌肥厚和扩张型心肌病的潜在的。 This article reviews the researches of rec en t years on MMPs and Cardiac hypertreophy. From those references we can conclude that MMPs is a potential t arget of the treating of cardiac hypertrophy and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).
