摘要 在酶切融合蛋白时 ,除正常切割和非特异性切割以外 ,发现了牛肠激酶的一个可能的次特异性识别序列。分析了其产生的原因以及在基因工程研究中的意义。 Apart from normal specific cleavage and nonspecific cleavage, a possible sub-specific site was discovered in cleaving a fusion protein with enterokinase; the causes and the significance in the gene engineering were discussed.
