摘要
目的 :研究错牙合畸形患者的心理状态 ,探讨解决方案。方法 :92例错畸形患者分为少儿组和成年组 ,对 2组患者常见的正畸心理进行统计学分析。结果 :两组在怕痛心理上差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :不同年龄组正畸者心态存在差异 。
Objective:To study the psychotherapy methods of various ages for their malocclusion.Method:92 patients of various ages in the past two years were divided into two group: young group and old group.Their most common eight orthodentic psychological factors were gathered and statistically analyzed.Result:Only the psychological factor of fearing pain showed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The patients of various ages are different in most respects of orthodontic psychology.Psychotherapy is feasible for the patients with malocclusion.It should be applied with orthodentic treatment.
