摘要
目的:通过对正畸治疗成功的病例进行比较分析,探讨恒牙期正畸治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合畸形中下切牙倾斜度的变化所在。方法:选择临床正畸治疗患者57例。分为水平生长型18例,平均生长型23例,垂直生长型16例三组。应用计算机X线头影测量对治疗前后下切牙倾斜度变化进行比较和统计分析。结果:正畸治疗的主要作用部位是牙齿和齿槽骨,三组下切牙倾斜度的变化有显著的统计学意义。结论:水平生长型下中切牙舌倾居多,平均生长型下中切牙直立居多,垂直生长型下中切牙唇倾居多。
Objeetive：To investigate the change of lower incisor inclination in Angle class Ⅱ division I malocclusion after orthodontic treatment by analysing and comparing the successful orthodontic individuals.Methods：The lower incisor inclination in 57 selected orthodotical patients,including horizontal grouwth type 18 cases,average growth type 23 cases and vertical growth type 16 cases,was measured with computer cepholmetric radiograph before and after treatment,their changes were compared and analysed statistically.Results： The main site of action was tooth and alveolar bone.The change of lower incisor inclination had statistical significance in three groups. Conclusion：Most of lower-middle incisors in horixontal grouth thpe are lingual inclination,which are straight in average growth type and labial inclination in the vertical type.
