摘要
目的 :探讨用米非司酮引产的胎儿血液淋巴细胞表型的变化 ,了解米非司酮对胎儿免疫功能的影响机理。方法 :选择妊娠 2 2~ 2 4周要求引产的健康妇女 3 0例 ,随机分成 2组。实验组 1 5例 ,顿服米非司酮 1 5 0mg,2 4h后行水囊引产术 ;对照组 1 5例 ,行单纯水囊引产术。胎儿娩出后立即抽取脐动脉血 ,用流式细胞仪 (FCM)分析胎儿外周血淋巴细胞表型。结果 :实验组CD8+ 细胞、CD1 2 2 + (IL 2受体β)、NK细胞 (CD3 -/CD1 6-CD5 6-和CD3 + /CD1 6+ CD5 6+ )百分率均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;CD4+ /CD8+ 比值则显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;两组比较 ,CD3 + 细胞、CD4+ 细胞及CD2 5 + (IL 2受体α)细胞百分率差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :米非司酮可影响胎儿外周血淋巴细胞表型 ,使胎儿免疫抑制反应减弱 ,免疫排斥反应增强 。
Objective:To investigate the effects of mifepristone on fetal immunologic function by observing the changes of fetal lymphocyte phenotypes.Methods:Thirty pregnant women of 22~24 weeks with indication of pregnancy termination were recruited and randomlied to experimental group (n=15) and control group (n=15). In experimental group,150mg mifepristone was given 24 hours before labor induction;In control group, induction of labor was performed by extra-amniotic insertion of water only.The lymphocyte phenotypes with flowcytometry technique(FCM) in fetal blood of umbilical artery were collected and studied.Results:The percentage of CD8 + (Ts cells) and CD122 +(IL 2Rβ) cells,the ratios of NK cells(CD3 +/CD16 +CD56 + and CD3 -/CD16 -CD56 -) were all significantly lower in experimental group than that in control group(P<0.05);The ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cells was much higher in experimental group than that in control group,but no significant difference were shown between the experimental group and the control group in the percentage of CD3 +?CD4 + and CD25 + (P>0.05) cells.Conclusion:By influence the lymphocyte phenotypes of fetal peripheral blood,mifepristone can weaken immunologic suppression and intensive immunologic rejection functions of fetus.Therefore mifepristone can influence fetal immunologic function.
