摘要
实验采用激光测量装置,测定了在不同温度及反应物浓度下,普鲁卡因青霉素溶液微粒结晶过程的反应及成核时间,通过最优化方法模拟得到普鲁卡因青霉素溶液微粒结晶过程的反应动力学;通过采用MSMPR结晶器以及聚结-破裂粒数衡算模型,得到了普鲁卡因青霉素溶液微粒结晶的结晶动力学。
Reaction and nucleation time were measured under the different conditions of temperature and concentration by using laser detection technique. After optimization calculation and parameter estimation, a reactive kinetics of crystallization of Procaine benzylpenicillin, and crystallization kinetics including agglomeration and breakage was also obtained by MSMPR crystallizer.
