摘要
本文用溶液法将聚乳酸和甲壳素进行复合,以改善聚乳酸的降解性,制备一种具有适宜降解速率的组织工程支架材料。结果显示,当PLA/CS为1:0.4时,PLA/CS复合材料的降解失重百分率为最小;同时,随着降解时间的增加,复合材料的失重百分率逐渐上升;纯聚乳酸在降解4周后pH值下降得很快,而复合材料在整个降解过程中的pH值一直很稳定,在6.5左右。由此表明,甲壳素可改善PLA的降解速率,且在降解过程中,PLA/CS复合材料的pH值非常接近生理盐水的pH值。
To compound PLA and chitin by using solution method to improve the degrading property of PLA- and to prepare a kind of scaffold material of tissue engineering with feasible degrading speed. The Results show that when the ratio of PLA and chitin was 1∶0.4- the percent of weightlessness of composite material was least- and increased with degrading time. PH of pure PLA decreased rapidly after four weeks- but PH of the composite material kept stabilization in the course of degrading- it is around 6.5. It is indicated that chitin could improve the degrading speed of PLA- and PH of composite materials was much close to that of normal saline.
