摘要
用热重法(TGA)研究了惰性气氛下聚芳醚酮酮(PEKK)的热分解动力学,发现PEKK的热分解符合无规引发裂解模型.由Ozawa等失重百分率法求得0~30%失重百分率下反应的活化能在234.9~242.3kJ/mol之间,频率因子A值在1.538×1013~6.637×1013min-1之间.随着失重百分率的增大,热分解反应活化能增大.结果表明,PEKK具有较高的热稳定性.预测氮气中280℃失重5%的热老化寿命为15a.
The kinetics of thermal degradation of poly(aryl ether ketone ketone)was studieel by dynamic thermogravimetry in nitrogen.The results calculated from the kinetic models based on random initiation followed by rapid dispropornation and termination were good agreement with the experimental data.An isoconversional procedure developed by Ozawa was used in this paper,and E was increased from 234.9 kJ/mol to 242.3 kJ/mol with increase of the conversion from 0 to 30%.The frequency factor A was 1.538×10 13 min -1 to 6.637×10 13 min.The lifetime estimates indicated the 15 year lifetime temperature maximum of PEKK in nitrogen environment to be 280 ℃.The kinetic data indicates PEKK has excellent thermal stability.
